My skincare essentials!

Hello everyone, i am back with a new article today. This time i thought about writing some skincare tips, what  i use on a daily basis and which one are my favourite products.
My top number 1 is without any doubt Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. I have used it as long as i remember, for almost three years now. The thing i like most about it is that it's a, all in one cleanser, surprisingly powerful and yet gentle to the skin. I usually use it to remove my make up before washing my face, it lifts away dirt oil and make up without harsh rubbing and it leaves my face refreshed and soft.

Number 2 on my list yet so important is the "Siero Viso Riequilibrante Biofficina Toscana Serum"
This is a balancing serum for sensitive and reactive skin, like mine, that redden easily. Biofficina Toscana is a brand of EcoBio cosmetics that produces natural, vegan, organic and non tested on animals products. And as I am vegetarian I try to buy products that do not damage the environment or animals.

I love this serum; it can be used on its own or in combination with other products such as moisturizer, face emulsions or oil-based serum, depending on your needs. I personally apply it before the moisturizer and I find it amazing.
This formula promises to "balance sensitive skin prone to redness" and I must say that I see some results. I find that mitigates redness but unfortunately, having a very sensitive skin, this serum, or any other product, will not entirely eliminate the redness.
You can bui it on www.cocomed.al  and its even on sale.

Last but not least: Clinique Clarifying Lotion.
The cleanser has almost not scent at all. Acne has a bunch of causes—sebum, dead skin cells, and bacteria are the most common—you can't surely fight breakouts with just one approach but this one is the top essential to use if you suffer from acne. This product uses a different angle for clearing skin, it removes excess oil with the highest percentage of salicylic acid. But not not forget to apply moisturizer after using it.
And you? What are your favorite skincare products? Please let me know in the comments.

Hello everybody...yesterday i promised i would write a review of " Pastaria " a restaurant in the heart of the city and here i am... As you enter the place, you can decide either to have lunch/dinner outside or  in the second floor. I decided to sit upstairs, since i wanted to have a calming and relaxing time, just to stay away from noises.  The menu offers a wide variety of chooises of pastas and salads... and the nice thing about it is that you can pick the kind of pasta you like and you also add your favourite salsa which is like a customized dinner/lunch. The best part about this cute place is that they deliver the food. If you work long hours in the office like me or you are not so into cooking,  you can just call, order the pasta and they bring it to you, which i think is really great. You can find them here ->  Rr. "Sami Frashëri", Pallati Moskat pranë LSI, Bllok  Tiranë  Delivery : +355 69 379 4343    All the products were fr
HEALTHINK! I love that there are already healthy cafes in Tirana. I’m a big fan of smoothies, avo toasts, salads and all kind of healthy stuff. I also love that there are more vegetarian options everywhere, even though I’m not a full vegetarian. This kind of colourful power food is the best food to have for either breakfast or lunch: fills you up, is nutritious and gives you good kind of energy and is really delicious.   But what are some benefits of healthy eating? 1. Weight control Eating a balanced, calorie-managed diet can also help control weight. When you start the day with a healthy breakfast, you avoid becoming overly hungry later, which could send you running to get fast food before lunch.  2.Improves mood  Another healthy habit that leads to better mental health is making social connections. Whether it’s volunteering or attending a movie, communal activities help improve mood and mental
