I love that there are already healthy cafes in Tirana. I’m a big fan of smoothies, avo toasts, salads and all kind of healthy stuff. I also love that there are more vegetarian options everywhere, even though I’m not a full vegetarian. This kind of colourful power food is the best food to have for either breakfast or lunch: fills you up, is nutritious and gives you good kind of energy and is really delicious.
But what are some benefits of healthy eating?

Eating a balanced, calorie-managed diet can also help control weight. When you start the day with a healthy breakfast, you avoid becoming overly hungry later, which could send you running to get fast food before lunch.
