Elf Cosmetics review – New Collections

e.l.f. Cosmetics believes that within a certain budget all women can look fabulous and use a lot of products to wear a full make-up, just because you want the best results for your skin and face right?

I had to try this right, to see for myself and to let you know if this vision and mission of e.l.f. cosmetics is something I agree with.

The palette above is the elf Nude Rose Palette, Its filled with 10 shadows both matt and shimmer and all in the rose gold tones. The shadows have good pigmentation, blend really well and the colours are really pretty. I've been using this palette alot and as its quite narrow its not too big to take away with you or chuck in your handbag.

The elf B.Bare Face palette is really really pretty. The square compact palette has a bronzer, highlighter and two blushes inside as well as a mirror and all four are lovely subtle shades. This silver palette is really dreamy and I loved the shades inside.
A couple of other great products are the elf Lip Scrub which is in the black lipstick packaging and is yummy cherry flavoured. I wasn't too sure about how to use this if I'm honest but it did make my lips soft and did smell great too.

I also really liked the elf Moisturizing Eye Primer. Its a simple black pump bottle and the cream itself was lovely underneath my makeup. I've been using this everyday and think its a good price too.
The elf baked highlighter and blusher duo was cute. It was a tiny bit too shimmery for me but is a neat little item and the colour of the highlighter is lovely.

The Elf black liner pen was a good item too. It had a nice black colour and I really liked the thicker nib style, plus it had pretty good staying power too.

There is a limited edition version of Berry that was part of the Walgreens limited edition e.l.f. Disney Princess Snow White collection. That Lip Balm Tint features a completely clear plastic jar—the same size as the permanent versions—and a picture of Snow White printed on the lid. The shade dot sticker is located on the bottom of the jar.

Formulation - The tints are surprisingly not sticky, or about as not sticky as lip glosses go.

The moisturizing formula of the lip tint lasts longer than most glosses I’ve tried. I’ve fallen asleep while wearing the balms and woken up a few hours later with them still there, color included. Normally I find that traditional lip balms wear off faster for me.

While the Lip Balm Tints have good pigmentation, and are very moisturizing, I rarely reached for the balms until I started testing them for this review. I’m just not a fan of the jar packaging for lip products. Too messy for my liking. Due to this, I generally apply the balms with a lip brush since I don’t like the sticky feeling they leave behind on my fingers.
Shades- At six shades total, there is a fair amount of variety available. While the original four were a creme gloss, the two new shades have a shimmer/metallic finish. Most of the shade names—particularly the originals—are bland, yet descriptively accurate.

Hello everybody, here i am again with another blog post. I am so sorry i have not been active lately, but that has been due to my busy daily schedule and i  have really struggled a lot with time management.
I am doing better now, that's why i thought summer is the best comeback, more posts are going to be published and a lot of cool stuff and collaborations are going to be announced.

So, lets get back to today's article...i thought about writing some advises around skin care, what kind of moisturizers should we use on a daily basis, what is more efficient micelar water or cleanser and last but not least sun protection...why is it so important and when should it be used.

Ever since i started taking care of my skin,  I've felt more comfortable about wearing less make up. My routine has been simple and and quick but with great results to go on with my day.
Right after I get up I splash my face with water just to get rid of anything on the surface of my skin and basically wak…

The beauty products you always need to carry in your make up bag!
Long days are a synonym for retouching in makeup terms. Whenever i know I'll be having a long day I prepare my bag with a few things that i know i will need after a couple of hours.
Unfortunately, i can't bring my everything with me, so i need to choose my favorite products.
Although i wished i could throw every single lipstick i own and a huge palette into my bag i know that its not practical. I compared my necessities to my fellow bloggers' bags and created this small list that doesn't take much space but will help you out for a flawless makeup any time, especially in the wintertime.

 Firstly: The Mattifying Face Powder
Because most of us get oily throughout the day, especially if you're in a rush and what i usually use is the Purobio Cosmetics Compact Powder, which is weightless, organic, vegan and affordable. I really love it because it's totally invisible when you apply it on the skin.
